Postnatal doula support is about mothering the mother—holding you through the raw, beautiful, sometimes overwhelming time after birth, and helping you find a soft landing as you begin this new chapter.

Whether you need a listening ear, practical help, nourishing food, baby holding while you nap, or reassurance around feeding and sleep—I’m there with calm, loving support.

Support can include:

• Infant feeding support

• Emotional check-ins and space to debrief your birth

• Baby care guidance

• Rest support (I’ll hold baby while you rest or shower, stretch, nap!)

• Light household tasks and meal prep

• Postnatal planning and nurturing rituals
