Womb Healing
Honouring the sacred intelligence of the womb.
I believe that womb health is foundational to our overall wellbeing. Not just for fertility or reproduction, but as the seat of our creativity, intuition, and life force.
In many ancient cultures, the womb was revered as a powerful source of wisdom. It was tended to with care and ceremony, honoured in rituals, and recognised as the spiritual and energetic centre of the feminine body. Women’s bleeds were sacred. Our cycles were trusted. The womb wasn’t pathologised, it was celebrated.
Today, I offer gentle, nourishing support for womb connection and healing, rooted in this deep reverence and shaped by traditional knowledge.
Sobada Maya Abdominal Massage
Sobada Maya is a traditional womb and abdominal massage technique passed down through the lineage of Central American midwives. It is a deeply therapeutic practice designed to bring the uterus, ovaries, and digestive organs back into optimal alignment and flow. It is also known as a Fertility Massage.
Using gentle, intuitive touch over the abdomen and lower back, this massage helps:
Improve blood, lymph and energy flow to the pelvic organs
Release stagnation and tension held in the womb and belly
Support hormonal balance and menstrual cycle regulation
Alleviate symptoms such as painful periods, bloating, or digestive discomfort
Reconnect you with your womb on a physical and emotional level
This is more than just a massage, it's a sacred moment of reconnection with your body and womb.
Sessions take place in the comfort of your home and last approximately 2.5 hours, allowing time for:
A grounding check-in
Traditional Sobada Maya abdominal massage
Integration and rest
Each session is tailored to your needs and may also include breathwork, gentle movement, auricular acupuncture, sound or other holistic tools to support your healing.
Investment: £150 per session
(includes travel within 30 minutes of Aldbourne, Wiltshire. Additional mileage may incur a small fee agreed in advance.)
A Note on My Training
I am mentored by Erika Maeioum, a Mexican Doula, Natural Gynaecology Therapist and Medicine Woman. I continue to deepen my studies and am in the process of building a wider womb health offering to support others in reconnecting with their cyclical, creative nature.
